[1] Novice Competition Stream
With the Novice Competition Stream, we want all attendees to experience the world of case competition in a comfortable and supportive setting.​​
​
A core element of the Novice Stream is the completely revamped Introduction to Case Competition session through Prosper Academy. The Prosper team will be dissecting all elements of a case competition from reading the case to crafting the presentation slide deck. The session will include live demonstration of previously used cases and how to break down the problems strategically.
​
The winning team of the Novice Competition Stream will receive a $250 cash prize.
[2] Advanced Competition Stream
With the Advanced Competition Stream, we want to provide veteran case competition teams to further develop their skills through specific bootcamps in their areas of improvement.
​
Whether you want to develop your public speaking or slide deck design skills, workshops in the Advanced Stream have been tailored to suit your interest. In addition, you will be able to challenge yourself by competing with other individuals with similar backgrounds and experiences.
​
The winning team of the Advanced Competition Stream will receive a $500 cash prize.
You can qualify for the Advanced Competition Stream if you have attended at least two (2) case competitions prior to registering for Ascend or have placed in the Top 25% of Strive 2024 or Prosper 2024.
